  • Room 1: A spacious room of over 40 m², equipped with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people.
  • Room 2: An elegant room of more than 32 m², including an ante-room, perfect for 4 people, with a double bed and two single beds.
  • Room 3: A charming 20 m² room with a double bed, accommodating 2 people, and featuring a small private terrace for intimate moments in nature.
  • Room 4: A spacious 30 m² room with a double bed and a single bed. It includes a boudoir and a shared terrace with another room.
  • Room 5: A cozy 15 m² room with a double bed, providing access to the same shared terrace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the serenity of the surroundings.

Rates upon request.

A security deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required.

All operational charges are included: heating, water, electricity, and garden maintenance. Bed linens and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Tables and chairs for receptions are provided. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 300 euros. For stays longer than 4 nights, an intermediate cleaning service (included in the price) is arranged. Tourist tax is not included.

Château de la Villaine is located in the heart of the Centre-Val de Loire region, in the Indre-et-Loire department. Ideally situated at 7 route de Saint-Branchs, in Esvres-sur-Indre (37320), at the place called La Villaine, it is just 15 km southeast of Tours. This prime location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being close to the historic city of Tours and the famous Loire Valley Châteaux.

The kitchen, the heart of the house, is equipped with a Lacanche cooking range. This professional-grade appliance is perfect for large families or convivial meals, allowing you to prepare delicious dishes while enjoying the magnificent setting. Outside, an outdoor lounge awaits on the terrace, where you can relax and take in the spectacular view of the Indre Valley. Large tables are available for al fresco dinners under the lime trees, where conviviality and the pleasures of summer blend harmoniously. A large fire pit completes this outdoor space, perfect for barbecue or plancha evenings in a warm atmosphere. Renovation works have also enhanced the château’s insulation, ensuring comfort and well-being.
